This is wonderful.

Because, you know, the system of oil prices is simple enough that the president could easily change it.  After you take out OPEC, the uprisings in the Middle East, the hurricanes that affects production, worries about a war between Israel, the U.S. and Iran, oil speculators on Wall Street, and various other factors that don’t rely on the government.
